Mr. Qian Yongchang Writes Congratulation Words for “GSS”

   On Oct 23rd and 24th 2009, 2009 the 4th GSS will be held in Dalian, China. Former President of Ministry of Transport of PRC will attend the GSS and make a speech. As a top-level figure in China shipping industry, Mr. Qian gives top praise to the theme and organization of this GSS and expresses his congratulation by writing “Wish GSS to be Shipping Davos”.

   Mr. Qian claims that this GSS is convened timely to bring more hope and way out for the whole shipping industry to come out of the stagnancy. He gives his hope for GSS to be more pragmatic.
